With the Zapier integration, you can unlock endless opportunities to connect your Gali chatbots with your tech stack. We currently offer triggers every time you receive a new lead or have a new message.
All you have to do is connect Gali AI to your tech stack via Zapier and build your own workflow, or take inspiration from some of the templates available.
Some of the most frequent use cases are:
- adding a new lead info in your CRM or database to activate your campaigns
- receiving notifications on Slack for new messages or new leads
- sending an email or WhatsApp number when a new contact form is completed
The number of Zaps you can have and the number of 'actions' you can concatenate in a Zap depend on your Zapier plan.
Here below you will find a step-by-step guide of the two most common use cases from our users!
You have already configured your chatbot; if not, follow our step-by-step guide.
Open the chatbot you want to link to Zapier and go to 'Integrations.'
Click on Zapier–you will be redirected here.
Well done. That was easy.
In Zapier, create a new Zap. You can do it through AI - we love it! - or manually.
Generate Zap through AI:
Just write "When I receive a new lead from Gali, add a new row to my Google Spreadsheet" and click 'Generate.'
Or do it manually:
- Trigger: Gali
- Action: Google Spreadsheet
Now you just need to finalize the customization:
Gali:
- App & event: Gali; New Lead
- Account: Sign-in to Gali
- Trigger: ChatbotID
- Test: try it out (you need to have at least one form filled in Gali to see it here; if you don't, try with one in the 'Try-it-out' section in Gali dashboard)
Spreadsheet:
- App & event: Spreadsheet; Create Spreadsheet Row
- Account: Sign-in to Spreadsheet
- Action: Select Drive, Spreadsheet, Worksheet, and add in your own fields the inputs coming from Gali
Test it. You should immediately see a new row in your spreadsheet with the value coming from the form used for testing.
If everything is correct, publish it.
Well done.

If everything is correct, publish it.
Well done.
